Madhuri Gupta IFS nabbed for spying and passing internal info to Pakistani ISI – A woman Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer Madhuri Gupta has been arrested for allegedly spying and leaking internal info to Pakistan. IFS Group B officer Maduri Guptha a senior Indian diplomat has been arrested for passing on Indian state secrets to Pakistan in Islamabad.Home secretary G K Pillai said MadhuriGupta has been passing secret information to Pakistani agencies. MaduriGupta has been arrested by Delhi Police and sent to jail on charges of espionage.The government is now looking into whether others also involved.Gupta is alleged to have been in touch with Pakistan’s secret service ISI for about 2 years now, sources said.
