Mother’s Milk, breastfeeding improves baby’s DNA and Immunity.

Mother’s milk is considered as the best and a complete health food improving DNA and immunity in a baby. According to the researchers at University of Illinois, a babies genes are developed by the breast milk is a key in improving the intestine and immune system.Reasons why mother’s milk is important, scientists have claimed that breast milk improves the functioning of their genes in a way that protects them from illness.

Researchers found that infants’ first food affects their gene expression, giving a possible mechanism for how breast milk impacts health. Senior researcher Sharon Donovan of the University of Illinois said that it has already been known that breast milk contains immune—protective components that make a breast—fed infant’s risk lower for all kinds of illnesses. The research was conducted taking 22 infants as the subject provided 10 babies to have breast milks by their mothers. Remaining 12 babies were given supplementary foods. The researchers came to the conclusion proving the hypothesis. They found that Mothers milk influences baby’s entire body mechanism improving its DNA and immunity. Breast milk plays a key role in overall health and growth of the baby.MothersMilk also prevents the body from all kinds of virus that leads a baby to have normal and disease free life, the researchers said.
