Aisha: Movie Review

The only Bollywood movie to release today, Aisha is a young and fun film.  Apparently an adaptation of the Jane Austen classic Emma, this film lays more emphasis on individual styles than the story. Sonam Kapoor looks extremely stylish and has a very casual style of acting.  This story is about Aisha (Sonam Kapoor) who is rich and belongs to the elite class of Delhi. She is brought up by her aunt and father along with her elder sister. The whole and sole purpose of her life is to fix someone with someone, as in match making.

It is the story of Aisha’s journey from being a girl to a woman who realizes that in pursuit of fixing everyone up, she might just lose her perfect match Arjun (Abhay Deol). So will she or won’t she?
