  • Include more roughage in your diet than carbohydrates
  • Stay motivated while losing weight. Do not stop exercising once you start noticing the results
  • Try to loose inches and not weight. Proper exercising would tone your body
  • Practice deep breathing for at least 15 mins daily.
  • Eat little and have food many a times a day instead of the standard 3 times.

Weight loss happens but proper techniques will make it happen in a longer period of time. In such cases there will be no side effects. Do not fall for the trap and go for weight loss I sessions. That is wrong way of loosing weight. This may be harmful and will eventually result in side effects such as loose body skin, old age look, weakened bones, reduced bone density etc.
