Energy foods for your children

Kids are busybodies and they need lots of energy. Kids need healthy food to create all that energy. Providing them healthy high-energy foods will help kids stay focused, energized and ready to go. Fruits provide natural sugars for the body to use to create energy. Make sure that the juices contain natural fruit sugar and not added sugar. This helps in keeping additional calories at bay and provides healthy nourishment for your child. Bananas are high in potassium, making them an energy-filled, intelligent snack.

Green vegetables are full of beta carotene, vitamin C, and fiber. Green vegetables help maintain energy levels and provide healthy nutrients for growing kids. It improves the skin and purifies blood from within.
