Women are their own Best Friends

Whether you are working or not. Or even if you are single or married. Whatever be your relationship or professional status, stress is something all of us face. The reason being, there has never been a single individual in this whole world, who may do something and not feel stressed. Even if you are sitting idle and have nothing to do, the thoughts of an uncertain future or current problems will rob you of your peace.

The question is, that stress is inevitable and no matter what you have to learn to deal with it. But how does one really do that? No, no, I am not talking about those childish tips of counting till 10 or hitting on a pillow. Let’s look for a solution to our problems, all by ourselves.

Sometimes, stress levels reach an intolerable level in our minds, making it impossible for us to deal with. Your best friend, who was at some point of time, your biggest source of power and support, suddenly won’t understand you. You may try and convince her, but the point won’t reach across to her. So what is it that women should do to deal with these issues?

Try and understand the type of your problem!
A broken marriage or emotional turmoil can’t be fixed if you yourselves can’t do it.

Relax and take a deep breath!

Problems happen in every one’s life. So stop fretting and pulling your hair out at every problem.

Distract yourself with something!

A favourite hobby you love pursuing, an activity that makes you feel happy; sing, dance or play; do whatever you can and try and distract all your attention towards something else.

Indulge in a ‘comfort food’!
A steaming bowl of noodles, a bar of chocolate or the roadside chat; indulge in your favourite foods and let out all those stress worms.
