Paan Singh Tomar Bollywood movie Review

Tigmanshu features the world of Paan Singh Tomar a sportsman and what made Paan Singh Tomar Bollywood movie Reviewhim to pick up the law in hands.  PAAN SINGH TOMAR is yet another masterstroke from perfect storyteller.  Director Tigmanshu Dhulia’s spotlights an athlete with many fine, convincing and well edited athletic scenes.Dhulia could have worked on length of film, but the Tough high transformer film Paan Singh Tomar is a tribute to the praised heroes of sports in India.

Bollywoood actor Irrfan Khan has grabbed a role that he never played ever before in his new movie Paan Singh Tomar, Irfan Khan is seen playing the lead role in the flick and he brilliantly played movie demanded three different roles as it looked watching a three diff movie of the Irfan, Irfan portrayed a former, a champion athlete and a dacoit.

Movie unfolds the untold story of an athlete-turned-dacoit acted by one of the most interesting personalities in the B – Ville and after may be veteran Nana Patekar, Irfan Khan. It also looked that why Producers didn’t promote the film more aggressively? as it It looked needed decent attendance of the audience, may be many not aware its releasing today.

This flick is a must watch! One of the best docu-film dramas in recent times. It looked the art director has completed his homework well where the film’s authentication of the set up has been taken care. Earlier it heard that last movie of this genre movie Bandit Queen did a fine work on dacoits of chambal. The film kicks off with the impressive first half which makes you wish to call off the interval.

This film is a different film and on the flip side this is a ‘desi’ film as the casting seems just perfect and has came out from the Dhulia’s strengths featuring hard-hitting dialogues and passionate characters.Irrfan Khan able to articulate their emotions and also delivered an elevated performance.Though Irrfan Khan’s running style is odd, but his mannerism simply suited the character. The film brings Irfan and who get into the shoes of PST to turn an tremendoulsy talented and humble person finally makes his way to the top.

Aseem Mishra’s cinematography has to be complimented. One of the best dailogues in the film is that ‘Mere pita daaku nahi baaghi hain’ says Chambal’s local lad Paan Singh Tomar while defending his region and his father in the army camp where he is questioned for his reliability and loyalty for the country.

It isn’t a easy to play the life of an praised hero for only bit heard about him. But the director Tigmanshu Dhulia emrged triumph of doing the unexpected. Filmmaker hand picked an episode in an Indian history spanning from 1965 to 1982 that was almost forgotten and breathes life into in. Where Chambal is well known as the land of Gabbar Singh, horses, guns and rifles.

Well, Tigmanshu who is known to have worked under Shekhar Kapur during the shooting of Bandit Queen, brings back his memories and put up all his neat efforts and showed the Indian audience tale of an ex-military champ turned dacoit, without horse.

This film stands tall on its script look smooth track made by Tigmanshu Dhulia and Irrfan Khan. Irrfan Khan’s give a laudable performance. Mahie Gill as the wife of Paan Singh gives a pitch perfect performance. The background score by Sandeep Chowta is OK. Music by Abhishek Ray is softly suited.

The film is thorough entertainment for all.
