Sadhana Nayyar former Actress is a tenant from 50 years in Sangeeta 
Bungalow, Santacruz, Mumbai which owns by singer Asha Bhosle. Now, Asha Bhosle has complained to the Khar police against Sadhana Nayyar for illegally claiming possession of the garden outside her house.
According to the sources Asha Bhosle ‘s lawyer Vikram Trivedi filed a complaint in January and want the police to lodge an FIR against Sadhana Nayyar . Sadhana Nayyar is just a renter, but is claiming occupancy in respect of the garden next to the ground premises in Sangeeta Bungalow, which is Asha Bhosle’s property.
Lawyer Vikram Trivedi alleged that Sadhana Nayyar is not giving Asha Bhosle’s representatives free access to the garden. Asha Bhosle has also sent a legal notice to Sadhana Nayyar .
Sadhana Nayyar denies illegal possession of the garden. Sadhana Nayyar said that Asha Bhosle called her three years ago, informing about her redevelopment plans for the bungalow and that Asha Bhosle would be sending someone to talk to her. Sadhana Nayyar told her the she will moving out if provided an accommodation equivalent to the space . But till now nothing happened.
Sadhana Nayyar said she was not aware of any police complaint against her.
According to the source that Senior inspector of Santa Cruz police station, Madhukar Chaudhary, said that Asha Bhosale has complained that Sadhana Nayyar is using her garden. There is no police role to play in it. It’s a civil dispute and Asha Bhosale and Sadhana Nayyar should approach the court.
