Ingredients
1. Rice noodles – 100 g
2. Two sliced spring onions
3. Lime juice – 6 Tbsp,
4. Cilantro leaves – 1/4 cup
5. Sesame oil – 4 tsp,
6. Honey – 2 tsp
7. 11/2 tsp finely grated ginger in large bowl
8. Halved cooked shrimp – 340 g ,
9. Julienned carrots and cucumber – 1 cup each
10. Mango – 1 peeled and chopped
How to prepare Mango shrimp noodles
1. Ready 100 g rice noodles according to the package directions.
2. Stir two sliced spring onions, 6 Tbsp lime juice, 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, 4 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp honey, and 11/2 tsp finely grated ginger in large bowl.
3. Now put drained noodles, 340 g halved cooked shrimp, Julienned carrots and cucumber – 1 cup each, and Mango – 1 peeled and chopped.
4. Toss it up.
