Egg Noodles – Noodles becomes the one of the favorite recipe among the youth as it is a different form of food where long noodles just like threads taken into the mouth with a folk spoon adding tomato or chilli or the blend of these two making a unique sauce. In India, mostly in the southern part of India noodles recipe turns out to be an evening entertainer for many as it widely sold in the evening times at the hotels or at stalls at the streets.
- 500 gms Noodles
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion sliced lengthwise
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Carrot cut lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Cabbage thinly cut lengthwise
- 1 Capsicum cut thinly lengthwise
- 1 tbsp Oil
Take the onion and chop it in a lengthwise and keep it aside.
Now pick up a bowl and pour water enough to cook the noodles and heat it. See it till boil. When the water starts boiling add the noodles to it and then cook for three to five minutes. When the noodles are cooked pull off the bowl from flame and drain all the water.
Take a big kadai(wok) and heat a little oil in it. When the oil turns very hot add the chopped onions and stir till golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, chilly powder, Carrot, cabage, capsicum and fry well. Take eggs and break it on the ingredients blend well with it. Add the cooked noodles and fry for 1 minute. Add some soya sauce.
Now pick up the folk spoon and Serve hot with tomato sauce.
