Egg Fried Rice recipe Ingredients
- Cooked rice of 3 cups
- Well beaten 4 eggs
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Boiled peas 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup finely sliced boiled french beans
- 1/4 cup finely chopped boiled carrots
- 1″ ginger, grounded
- 4 garlic flakes, grounded
- 3 green chillies, chopped finely
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste (1/2 tsp)
- Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Pick up a pain and heat it oil init, Fry onion till golden brown then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, slow off the flame for a minute. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and simmer for 1 minute. Add the beaten eggs and stir continuously till well set. Add vegetables and stir for 2 minutes. Sprinkle Salt and garam masala and now add cooked rice and mix it well. Add soy sauce and stir once again and pick up the coriander leaves to Garnish, Serve hot.
