Egg Omelette recipe Indian style ingredients
- Pick up 2 Eggs
- Now go for 1/4th onion (finely chopped)
- Not more than 1-2 green chilies (finely chopped)
- Adding taste 1/4th tomato (chopped), optional
- For nice smell and flavour 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Salt To Taste
- 1/4th tsp red chili powder or to taste
- 1 tbsp milk
- Oil to fry
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
Crack the eggs and add milk, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, salt and chili powder. Beat the mixture until foamed. Pick up a frying pan and heat it oil in it, add the mixture.
