What to do about bad body odour
Avoid red meat, junk food because it takes a long time to get digested in the meanwhile, releases toxins in the blood that cause body odour.
Shower daily with deodorant soap that has antibacterial properties and stops bad body odour.
Use deodorant or deodorant/antiperspirant daily, which help in bad body odour.
Wear cotton fabrics because it observes sweat and stops bad body odour
Apply diluted rosemary or tea tree oil to the underarms for extra deodorizing action.
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of Vegetables and whole grains and add magnesium or zinc through vitamins or a balanced diet, and limited sweets.
Avoid smoking and tobacco out of your life.
Take leaf vegetables or wheat grass supplements (natural body deodorizers) with meals.
Apply witch hazel, or white or apple cider vinegar to your underarms (which change the pH of the skin so that bacteria can’t grow).
Dust always sweaty areas with corn starch to reduce wetness.
