Drink plenty of fluids
Try to drink 8 glasses of water and every day to keep the skin clear! Avoid sugary soft drinks, caffeine and coffee. Green/herbal tea is good. Water is constantly flushing out toxins which can come to the surface in forms of breakouts or acne.
Wash the face daily
Wash the face thrice a day to get flawless skin. It’s important to keep skin clean and healthy daily.
Do Exercise Regularly
Exercise helps to metabolize and detoxify. A walk or some yoga does make a difference! Plus if you are stressed out, it will de-stress.
A proper Sleep
The proper amount of sleep also reduces stress and breakouts. Lack of sleep can leave with dark circles under the eyes and does not let the body release toxins.
Wear sunscreen daily
Wearing sunscreen or some sort of SPF on a daily basis can prevent blemishes or dry spots.
Don’t use too much perfumes or body sprays
Hair products, perfumes and body sprays all have ingredients that should not be wear on the skin and which can block the pores.
Don’t pick or squeeze acne or pimples
Picking and squeezing acne or pimples only forces dirt and bacteria back down into the skin which can result in extra breakouts. It can also result in scarring.
Changing the bed sheets
Changing the bed sheets often will help prevent oil, dirt and bacteria from the body collect on the sheets and pillowcase.
