Keema Paratha Recipe

Keema Paratha Recipe Keema Paratha is easy recipe and spicy paratha dish made with meat minced.  Keema Paratha recipe is usual is made in Ramadan time.

Ingredients for Keema Paratha

  • 1 kg Meat minced (boneless)
  • 2 Wheat flour or Maida
  • 4-6 Chopped green chilies
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilies powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • A bunch of Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 Medium Chopped Onions
  • 2 Medium Chopped tomatoes
  • 1tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger + Garlic Paste

Preparation method for Keema Paratha

  1. Take one cup wheat flour or Maida mix in a bowl with pinch of salt, oil and water and divide all the dough into equal sized balls.
  2.  Flour a clean surface and roll each ball out into a circle about 3″ in diameter keep it a side.
  3. Take a pan and add oil, onions and fry for 2 minutes, turmeric, garlic + ginger paste, green chilies and salt.
  4. Add tomatoes and fry then minced meat keep mixing, then add cumin powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, Red chili powder, cook till the meet becomes dry, once it is done add coriander leaves and transfer it in a plate to cool down.
  5. Now take wheat flour as dumpling take equal quantity of stuffing, and stuff this in wheat flour and make a chapatti or roti.
  6.  Take a pan cook both the sides with butter or ghee.
  7. The paratha is done when both sides are crispy and golden brown.
  8.  Serve with curd raita or vegetable Korma or favorite pickle or chutney.
