India is a land of festivals and feasts and Rasgulla is one of the most famous Indian delicacies which are a part of Indian festivities. Rasgulla is most liked sweets on the menu of any Indian celebration.

Rasgulla Bengali Sweet dish.
Ingredients:
- Milk – 1/2 litre
- Refined flour (maida) – 2 tsp
- lemon juice 2-3 tbsp.
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Water- 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
Pick up a pan and heat it with milk in it bring it to boil. Off the heat. Add lemon juice. Stir slowly till white curd forms on the surface and separates from whey. The broken milk and the curd is called “chenna”.
Pick up chenna in a cloth and wash it twist the cloth so that the water is completely out. Knead chenna to make a smooth dough. Add maida and knead again. Make equal size of small balls of the dough and keep aside. Now make a sugar syrup.
Mix sugar and water in a bowl and bring it to boil. Place chenna balls in the syrup and cook for 15 minutes with lid partially on it. Chenna balls will puff up. On cooling, add Cardamom powder. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
