Venezuelan beauty Ivian Sarcos, was crowned the 61st Miss World at the Earls Court Two in London,  with Miss Philippines, Gwendoline Ruais as the 1st runner up and Miss Puerto Rico, Amanda Perez, the 2nd runner up.
